Warning and Tracking Labels

These pages lay out labels from rule text: the tracking label elements named in the Consumer Product Safety Act, the six choking hazard statements in 16 CFR 1500.19, the same statements for online listings, and a general label sheet for printing at actual size. The wording comes from CPSC’s published materials and the eCFR text, with the source and the date we read it on each page. You decide which statements apply to your product; the pages do not decide that for you.
