Children's Product Certificates and Testing Paperwork
These pages help you organise the paperwork around a children’s product: a certificate sheet laid out from the content elements listed in 16 CFR 1110.11, a record of how you decided the product’s intended age, and worksheets for the testing topics that CPSC’s own pages name. They only arrange what you type. We do not test, certify or issue certificates; the importer, manufacturer or private labeler issues the certificate based on test reports from a CPSC-accepted laboratory, and each page names the rule text it follows.
Tools in this group
- Age Grading Worksheet for Toys — Type what the label, packaging and your reasoning say, pick the age range you chose and the guidelines age group you looked at; you get a record sheet to print or save as CSV. It records your words and grades nothing.
- ASTM F963 Checklist — See what 16 CFR part 1250 says about ASTM F963 and print a worksheet of CPSC's 45 topic headings with columns for your notes and lab report numbers. The standard itself is sold by ASTM and is not on this page.
- Children's Product Certificate Generator — Type your product, the rules your lab report lists, and the certifier, manufacturer and lab details; you get a printable certificate sheet, one page per product. It lays out your words only and issues nothing.
- CPSIA Testing Checklist — Print a worksheet of the rules CPSC's own list names, with blank columns where you and your lab note what applies, report numbers and dates. It decides nothing and tests nothing.
- General Certificate of Conformity Generator — Type your product, the rules you certify to, your basis for certification and the certifier and manufacturer details; you get a printable sheet, one page per product. It issues nothing.
